This is the Daniel C Podcast. Each podcast I’ll discuss my best practices for fitness and any tips I’ve picked up along the way. I’ll talk to you about my ketogenic diet journey as well as my drive to start exercising regularly. My hope is that this podcast will snap people out of their poor eating habits and sedentary ways and start out on their own fitness journeys. I’ll also be posting about whatever other random topics I feel like that aren’t fitness related so stay tuned for more.
